Step 1: Free 15-minute Initial phone Consultation

We use this call to:

  • understand your needs and profile
  • briefly discuss various options available to you


We offer this as a complimentary service.


Based on our conversation you could choose to go to Step 2

Step 2: Paid 60-minute In-Person consultation

During this session we:

  • analyze your situation
  • determine the best category for your application for the highest change of success
  • assess your eligibility under the appropriate category
  • discuss any obstacles that may hurt your application and identify ways to overcome them
  • offer a second opinion on applications already filed regarding the best way to proceed (submit additional information / withdraw application / wait)


What is not included:

  • review of applications and supporting documentation
  • assistance with completion of application forms
  • document checklist for any type of application


Fees:

  • General Consultation - CAD 250 onwards (process dependent)
  • Business Consultation - CAD 350 onwards

Step 3: Sign a Retainer

The Retainer is a Contract between you and the RCIC. It provides details of:

  • the Scope of Work
  • milestone payment schedule
  • your rights & responsibilities
  • obligations of the RCIC
  • contact details of the regulator

Step 4: Submission to IRCC

Here we:

  • put your submission file together based on documents that you have submitted
  • complete relevant application forms
  • submit the entire package to IRCC
  • follows up with IRCC
  • update you at required intervals
